Timber is a natural product and colour variation is an inherent characteristic in all species of timber. No sample is ever produced as a colour control sample and it is impossible to represent the full range of attributes by samples. Expansion and contraction factors should be given consideration in a project where excessive glass, heat, air conditioning etc. may bring about excessive floor movement in timber. The client acknowledges that all artificial temperature controls, such as air conditioning and sub-floor heating and/or similar have been fully installed and running so as to create the designed operating conditions under which your selected floors and coatings shall continue to live, prior to any materials being delivered.
All care has been taken to reproduce the images in this publication accurately. However, due to colour reproduction limitations, variations may occur. Variations of colour within a timber species are normal, it is recommended that you view any of these products at the Marques Flooring showroom before making any final decisions.
